Movie description: Juelz is the sheriff of a petite city and nobody gets in her way. When scott, a young town slicker is driving throughout that hottie pulls him over and roughens him up. She decides to haul him into the station for a broken tail light we she broke herself. Juelz just wants to have fun with poor scott and there's nothing that lad could do about it.
