Movie description: Keiran is a poor old bastard who has just lost his job, his wife, and to top it off this lad in the hospital. The doc conjures up the best remedy this chab can think of to assist keiran with his depression. So later that evening Kasey the hospital nurse comes into keiran room to lift up his spirits and his jock so it can slam, pound, destroy and demolish Kasey's very very agreeable snatch.
